1. Acceptance

By accessing LLMCost ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides LLM API pricing information, cost calculators, and savings suggestions, free of charge. Data is pulled from OpenRouter's public API and rebuilt daily. Quality scores reference the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index.

3. No warranty — verify before you spend

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Pricing data may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong despite our daily verification. Provider first-party prices can differ from OpenRouter list prices (volume discounts, batch tiers, caching discounts). Always confirm pricing on the provider's official page before making budget or architecture decisions. Every model page links to its source for this purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site's operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, including decisions made based on its estimates, lost profits, or wasted API spend. Cost figures are estimates, not quotes.

5. Acceptable use

• You may use, cite, and link to the Site freely, including via the public JSON API.
• Please don't hammer the API endpoint with abusive request volumes; cache responses.
• Don't scrape in ways that degrade service for others.

6. Third-party links & trademarks

The Site links to third-party services (OpenRouter, model providers, benchmark sites). We are not affiliated with them; model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Changes
